Electrical Engineer (All Levels – Entry to Senior)

We are actively hiring Electrical Engineers at all levels to support system design, field coordination, and project execution from concept to closeout.

Position Overview:
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of power distribution, lighting, and control systems for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. Depending on your experience, you may assist in drafting and load calculations, coordinate with field teams and trades, or take the lead on system design, permitting, and client interface.

Key Responsibilities (May Vary by Experience Level):

  • Assist with or lead electrical system layout, design, and calculations (power, lighting, fire alarm, etc.)

  • Prepare and review construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit

  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and field personnel

  • Perform site visits, field inspections, and support construction administration

  • Ensure compliance with NEC, energy codes, and jurisdictional requirements

  • Mentor junior staff and manage design schedules (for senior-level roles)

Qualifications:

  • Entry-Level:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

    • Familiarity with electrical codes and drafting software

    • Internship or coursework in building systems or construction preferred

  • Mid-Level:

    • 3–5 years of experience in MEP or electrical design for buildings

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical system calculations

    • Ability to coordinate across disciplines and respond to field conditions

  • Senior-Level:

    • 6+ years of design/build or consulting experience

    • Strong knowledge of NEC, energy codes, and permitting processes

    • PE license preferred; experience leading teams and managing clients
