Position Overview:
As a Control Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to optimize operations and ensure system performance. Whether you're just starting your career or you're a seasoned expert, we have roles that match your skills and goals.

Responsibilities (may vary by level):

  • Design and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems

  • Develop control strategies and system architectures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers

  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning

  • Prepare documentation such as specifications, wiring diagrams, and manuals

  • Provide technical support during and after project completion

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers (for senior-level roles)

Qualifications:
Entry-Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls, or related field

  • Familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and basic automation concepts

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment

Mid-Level:

  • 3–5 years of experience in control system design and integration

  • Proficiency in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming

  • Experience with field commissioning and troubleshooting

  • Strong understanding of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)

Senior-Level:

  • 6+ years of controls engineering experience

  • Proven track record leading automation projects

  • Advanced knowledge of control theory, safety systems, and high-level integration

  • Experience mentoring teams and interfacing with clients

Preferred Skills (All Levels):

  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, food & beverage, or water/wastewater

  • Knowledge of electrical design tools (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.)

  • Understanding of instrumentation and process control
